By accessing or using the Riverforge Router API and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Riverforge Router provides API services for analyzing and recommending cross-chain cryptocurrency swap routes. Our service utilizes artificial intelligence technology to evaluate route safety, efficiency, and potential risks.

2. No Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: Riverforge provides routing recommendations for informational purposes only. Our service does NOT constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult with qualified financial advisors before making any transactions.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide accurate and safe routing recommendations, we make no guarantees about:

• The accuracy or completeness of route recommendations
• The security or safety of any recommended bridges or protocols
• The availability or execution of any recommended routes
• Protection against losses, hacks, or exploits
• The performance or reliability of third-party protocols

4. Assumption of Risk

Cryptocurrency transactions involve significant risk. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept:

• All cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• Smart contract vulnerabilities may exist in recommended protocols
• Bridge security can be compromised despite our analysis
• You may lose some or all of your funds
• Market conditions can change rapidly

5. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with various third-party technologies:

• AI Service Providers: Powers our intelligent routing analysis
• Blockchain Protocols: Routes may involve various DeFi protocols and bridges
• External Data Sources: We rely on external data for pricing and liquidity

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or failures of any third-party service providers. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

6. API Usage & Rate Limits

You agree to:

• Use the API only for lawful purposes
• Respect rate limits associated with your account tier
• Not abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt our services
• Keep your API keys secure and confidential
• Not share your API keys with unauthorized parties

7. Platform Fees

Riverforge charges a flat 1.00% platform fee on all swap transactions, with a minimum fee of $1.00 USD. This fee is collected at the time of swap execution and applies equally to all users.

8. Gasless Transactions

Riverforge offers gasless transaction execution through ERC-4337 Account Abstraction. When using gasless mode:

• Gas costs are paid from supported tokens (USDC, USDT) in your wallet
• A service markup of up to 26.5% is applied to base gas costs to cover infrastructure and processing fees
• You authorize Riverforge to deduct gas costs from your token balance

9. Data & Privacy

We collect and store:

• Account information (email, name)
• API usage statistics (for billing and analytics)
• Routing queries (temporarily, for processing)

Your routing queries are processed by our AI systems to provide intelligent route analysis. We do not store your transaction data beyond what is necessary for service operation.

10. Intellectual Property

Riverforge Router platform code, UI, branding, and routing algorithms are our intellectual property. Third-party services and technologies used by our platform remain the property of their respective owners.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riverforge, its operators, and its service providers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
